Only from this site's public content: services, the rate card, case studies and Pali's profile. If the answer is not there, it says so.
Are the prices in the chat accurate?
Prices are taken straight from the published rate card. They are starting points; the final quote comes after scoping.
What happens to my messages?
Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate the answer and kept for 30 days for quality review, then deleted.
Can I talk to a person instead?
Yes. The chat always offers a way to send your question to Pali by email or to book a call, and a person takes it from there.
