A Discovery Sprint is a short, paid scoping engagement that turns a software idea into requirements, architecture, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote. Pali's sprint takes 5 working days and costs RM 300. If you proceed, the fee is credited to the project, subscription or CTO engagement that follows, so scope and price risk go first.

How much does it cost and is it credited?
RM 300
The Sprint costs RM 300, paid upfront. If you continue with any engagement, the full fee is credited against its first invoice. No SST is charged.
What are the sprint steps, day by day?
- Day 1: Goals and usersA working session on the problem, users, constraints and success.
- Day 2: Scope and flowsRequirements written, the main flows mapped, scope cut to a first release.
- Day 3: ArchitectureStack, data, integrations such as LHDN e-invoice, risks and estimates.

Is the Sprint refundable?
It is not refunded, because you keep every deliverable. It is credited in full if you continue with any engagement.
Is it remote?
Yes, with one live working session on day one and a walkthrough on day five. On-site in Penang is possible.
What do I need to prepare?
An hour to explain the idea, any existing material, and someone who can make decisions during the week.
