LHDN e-invoice readiness checklist
1. Which phase applies to you?
- Find your annual turnover or revenue for financial year 2022 (audited accounts) or year of assessment 2022 (tax return). LHDN sets your start date from it, and later changes do not move it. [3]
- Over RM100 million: 1 August 2024. Over RM25 million up to RM100 million: 1 January 2025. Over RM5 million up to RM25 million: 1 July 2025. Up to RM5 million: 1 January 2026. [1]
- Exempt: annual turnover or revenue below RM3 million, raised from RM1 million with effect from 1 September 2026. [2, 3]
- The exemption does not apply if a non-individual shareholder, holding company, related company or joint venture has turnover of at least RM3 million. [3]

Yes. An LHDN e-invoice integration is a fixed add-on in the calculator, and Pali’s own Orbit Finance already submits e-invoices to MyInvois.
