A design and development subscription is a fixed monthly fee for design, fixes and new features, so a live product keeps improving without new contracts. Pali has three plans: Site Care at RM 90 a month for websites, Maintain at RM 450 for app fixes and up to 8 hours of changes, and Develop at RM 900 for features.

What does Site Care cover?
Site Care at RM 90 a month is for landing pages and websites with a CMS. Apps, online stores and automations need Maintain.

Work beyond that each month moves to Develop.

How does support work on each plan?
Priority is an add-on to any plan. Paid yearly, it gets the same months free as the plan.

What does Develop add?
Everything in Maintain, plus continuous development. There is 1 active request at a time, and each request is sized to up to 1 week of work: when it ships, the next one in your queue starts. Develop requests take priority over Maintain work.
Anything bigger than that is quoted as a fixed-scope project.
What is the commitment?
- A 3-month minimum, then month to month
- Pause allowed after the first 3 months, with no fee while paused
- Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Site Care RM 900, Maintain RM 4,500 or Develop RM 9,000 a year
- Built by someone else? A one-off RM 360 takeover check (8 hours) comes first
Why build a long-term partnership?
A product keeps paying off when the same senior lead keeps working on it. One person knows your code, your users and your roadmap, so each month starts where the last one ended, not from a handover.
What sits outside the subscription?
A brand new app or a full rebuild. That needs a plan, a quote and milestones, so it runs as a fixed-scope project, and Maintain picks it up after launch. If a request grows too big for Develop, you get told early, not billed late.
Hosting, domains and third-party API or service costs are paid by you, at cost, and are not included.

Which plan should I choose?
Site Care for a landing page or CMS website. Maintain if an app or store works and needs care. Develop if you have a steady list of features to ship. You can switch plans from the next billing month.
What happens after my project launches?
The free 30-day launch warranty covers bug fixes in the delivered scope. After that, websites move to Site Care at RM 90 a month and apps to Maintain at RM 450, so the lead who built it keeps it healthy.
What is the difference between ticket and priority support?
Ticket support is included on every plan and replies within 3 working days. Priority support costs RM 150 a month more and reaches Pali directly by WhatsApp or call, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm MYT.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes, after the 3-month minimum. Pause before your next billing date and the queue waits for you, with no fee while paused.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
