App development
Your product, designed and built.
App development is the design, build and launch of software people use on the web, phones or desktops, from a first MVP to multi-tenant SaaS. Pali builds it in Malaysia as fixed-scope projects from RM 900 for a landing page, RM 4,500 for a web app MVP and RM 9,000 for a SaaS, priced after a one-week Discovery Sprint.

What can you build?
- Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast and rank
- Web apps and PWAs, from a first MVP to a multi-tenant SaaS
- Desktop apps for macOS and Windows, signed and auto-updating
- Android and iOS apps, with LHDN e-invoice, FPX and WhatsApp where needed
How does a fixed-scope project run?
- 01Discovery Sprint: requirements, architecture, prototype and a fixed quote
- 02Build in milestones, with a working demo you can click every week
- 03Test, release and hand over the code, the docs and the accounts
- 04After launch, a free 30-day warranty, then Site Care at RM 90 for a website, or Maintain at RM 450 for an app, if you want ongoing care
What makes a project cost more?
More platforms, more kinds of users, integrations such as payments or LHDN e-invoice, deeper design work and a rush timeline. A rush schedule adds 25 percent. The calculator shows each of these as a line, so you can see where the money goes.
Who owns the code?
You do, once each milestone is paid. Repositories, hosting and app store accounts are set up in your name from the start, so there is no hostage situation at handover.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a free 30-day launch warranty: bug fixes in the delivered scope, at no charge. New features, changes and anything outside the delivered scope are not part of the warranty.
For ongoing care, Site Care (RM 90), Maintain (RM 450) or Develop (RM 900) a month picks up where the warranty ends. Hosting, domains and third-party API or service costs are paid by you, at cost, and are not included.

Where has this worked?
Why it costs less
Why does it cost less than an agency?
One lead plus agents, not an agency payroll.
-
Pali Studio agents do the execution
Named AI agents plan, build, test and ship, so you are not paying an agency payroll.
-
Every change reviewed by Pali
He designs the product, makes the decisions and reviews each change before it ships.
-
No agency layers or handoffs
No account manager relaying messages, and no separate design and development teams.
-
One senior lead, accountable
The person you brief is the person who designs it, builds it and answers for it.
What does that look like in practice?

Quality
How is quality kept?
His standard process on every project, planned before any code.
-
Automated tests on every change
Each change runs the test suite before it can be merged.
-
Security and secret scans
Code is scanned for leaked keys and risky patterns before each release.
-
Staging preview before launch
You click through a preview build before anything goes live.
-
Accessibility checks
Contrast, keyboard use and screen-reader labels are tested, not assumed.
-
Human design and code review
Pali reviews the design and the code of every change himself.
-
30-day launch warranty
Bug fixes in the delivered scope are free for 30 days after launch.
No lock-in
Is there any lock-in?
No. You can take your product to any developer, any time.
-
Your GitHub from day one
The code lives in your own GitHub from the first commit.
-
Docs and handover included
Documentation and a handover of code, docs and accounts come with every project.
-
Code and IP are yours
You own the code and the IP once each invoice is paid.
-
Take it to any developer
Standard, documented stacks that another developer can pick up.
Questions about this service
How long does a web app MVP take?
A typical MVP takes about two months from the end of the Sprint. Integrations and extra platforms add time; the calculator gives a range in weeks.
Is the price fixed?
The Sprint ends with a fixed quote for the agreed scope. New scope later is quoted separately before any work starts.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. The Sprint then starts with a code and security review, and the quote covers fixing what is risky before adding features.
Is there a warranty after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a free 30-day launch warranty: bug fixes in the delivered scope, at no charge.
Do you charge SST?
No SST is charged.
Why do you cost less than an agency?
You pay for one lead plus agents, not an agency payroll. Pali Studio's AI agents handle the heavy execution, and Pali designs, decides and approves every change. There are no agency layers or handoffs to pay for, just one senior lead who is accountable for the result.
What if you are unavailable?
Your product does not depend on one person. Code, documentation and accounts sit in your own accounts from day one, so another developer can take over without starting again.
