A website in Malaysia starts from RM 900 for a landing page or RM 1,800 for a company website with CMS. A booking site starts from RM 1,200, while a custom e-commerce site starts from RM 3,450. Content, page count, design, integrations and bilingual support move the final price. Site Care is RM 90 a month after launch.
What does each type of website cost in Malaysia?
These are Pali’s published starting points for a normal timeline and proven-layout design. The calculator adjusts them for the pages, content, connections, migration, design and languages you choose.
| Website type | Starting price | Typical build time |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | RM 900 | 1 week |
| Company website with CMS | RM 1,800 | 2 weeks |
| Landing page with booking | RM 1,200 | 1 week |
| Custom e-commerce website with payment | RM 3,450 | 5 weeks |
What is the difference between a landing page and a company website?
A landing page focuses one offer into one conversion path. It suits a campaign, a new service or a business that needs a clear first presence. A company website with CMS gives the team multiple pages, navigation and editable content for services, work, company information and enquiries.
Choose the company website when several audiences need different pages or the team will publish updates. Choose the landing page when one page can answer the buying decision. If the product itself needs logins, data and workflows, read the app development cost guide instead.
How much does an e-commerce or booking website cost?
A booking landing page starts from RM 1,200. That combines the landing-page starting point with the published booking integration. A custom e-commerce website starts from RM 3,450, combining a CMS website, the custom-store scope and online payment.
Product count, shipping, LHDN e-invoice, migration and custom account areas add to an online store. A Shopify build can be scoped differently in the calculator. Third-party transaction, messaging and platform fees stay on your own accounts and are paid at cost.
What makes a website cost more?
- Pages. More page templates and larger content collections need more design, writing and QA.
- Content. Supplying final copy and images costs less than asking for content help in two languages.
- Design. Custom design, a full brand system and motion add work beyond proven layouts.
- Connections. Booking, payment, CRM, shipping, WhatsApp and LHDN e-invoice each add integration and testing.
- Migration. Moving content, products or records from an old system adds mapping and verification.
- Timeline. A rush schedule adds 25% to the calculated build.
What ongoing website costs should I budget for?
Hosting, domains and third-party services are paid by you at cost through accounts you own. The project price includes a free 30-day launch warranty for bugs in the delivered scope.
After that, eligible landing pages and company websites can use Site Care at RM 90 a month for updates, backups, small edits and uptime monitoring. Online stores and websites with app-like workflows may need Maintain instead because they carry more moving parts.
How do I get an accurate website quote?
- Use the website cost calculator with the company website preset and choose the real pages, content and connections.
- Book the Discovery Sprint at RM 300 for requirements, architecture, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote.
- Review the milestones, then build with a working demo at each stage. The Sprint fee is credited if you proceed.
